Framework for Ocean Planning in the Northeast United States Feb. 6, 2014 — The Northeast Regional Planning Body has finalized its Framework for Ocean Planning in the Northeast United States (PDF) (33pp, 792K). The framework builds on NE RPB discussions and public input at last week’s (January 22-23, 2014) RPB meeting.
